👋 1. Introduction

By using our website or placing an order (including Cash on Delivery service), you fully agree to the following terms and conditions in accordance with Algerian law.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

💵 2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Orders are only confirmed after receiving an official confirmation message or phone call from ARMON STORE.
  • Payment is made in cash and immediately upon receiving your order from the delivery agent.
  • Please have the exact amount specified in the confirmation message ready to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • There are no additional or hidden fees unless explicitly communicated to you before order confirmation.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been verified by our team, you will receive a confirmation (via SMS, WhatsApp, or email) containing the total price and delivery details.

ARMON STORE reserves the full right to contact you for verification and review before shipping any product.

🚫 4. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before the shipping process by contacting our support team.
  • Once the shipment is out for delivery, the order cannot be cancelled for Cash on Delivery.
  • Legal Note: Failure to receive an order or unjustified refusal of confirmed orders may lead to a temporary suspension or ban of future delivery services for your account, in accordance with Article 34 of Law 18-05 on E-commerce.

💻 5. Product Information

ARMON STORE strives to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions and prices. However, slight variations in color, condition, or configuration may occur due to the nature of refurbished devices or screen settings. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information when necessary.

🚚 6. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your state and the partner delivery company.
  • The store is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (force majeure) such as weather conditions, strikes, or road conditions.
  • Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for full details.

🔄 7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are processed in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy, which complies with Law 09-03 and Executive Decree 90-266.

Items must be returned in their original condition within 4 business days from the date of receipt.

👤 8. User Conduct

You agree to use our store for lawful and personal purposes only.

Any misuse, fraudulent use, or repeated unjustified refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may lead to the suspension of your account or the termination of delivery service to you.

⚖️ 9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, including:

  • Law 18-05 (on e-commerce).
  • Law 09-03 (on consumer protection, amended by Law 18-09).
  • Executive Decree 90-266 (on product warranty).

Any dispute that may arise shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Algerian courts.
