Return and Exchange Policy

📞 Order Formation and Phone Confirmation

Submitting your order through the website constitutes an initial purchase request only and not a confirmed order. The contract is concluded exclusively after you receive a phone call from the ARMON STORE team, during which all details (product, price, delivery, payment) are confirmed.

  • Your verbal consent during this call constitutes the final contract.
  • If you cannot be reached by phone within 24 to 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • After confirmation, you will receive an electronic copy of your contract and invoice.

🔄 Available Exchange Types

1️⃣ Free Exchange (in case of defect / non-conformity / delay):

You can return the product within four (4) business days from the date of receipt, provided it is in its original packaging. ARMON STORE covers the return shipping costs and offers repair, exchange, or refund within 15 days.

2️⃣ "Change of Mind" Exchange (optional service):

Available if the product is unused and retains its original condition and cleanliness. This service is subject to processing fees (approximately 800 DZD + delivery charges). This service is offered without prejudice to any future withdrawal rights provided by law.

📋 Steps for Exchange or Refund

  1. Request an exchange by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp.
  2. Package the product securely and tightly in its original packaging.
  3. Our after-sales service team will inspect the product and verify the validity of the request.
  4. Refunds (if due) are issued within 15 days from the date of approval.

🛒 Pre-orders and Inventory

No order for an out-of-stock product is confirmed. Pre-orders remain unpaid until stock is available; in case of any advance payment, it will be fully refunded upon cancellation.

🛡️ Order Review

Anti-fraud screening procedures (for fake orders) may be applied before final processing, and this procedure does not in any way affect your legal rights to exchange or refund.

🧾 Invoices and Records

Every sale generates an electronic invoice and a copy of the contract, which are securely stored in accordance with Algerian law.

Policy Updates: ARMON STORE may update this page in accordance with Algerian law or internal procedures. Changes are effective upon publication.
