📞 Order Confirmation (Mandatory)
Due to the value of the technical equipment we provide, no order will be shipped without prior phone confirmation. Our team will contact you from our official numbers to confirm specifications and address. Please keep your phone nearby to avoid shipping delays or automatic order cancellation.

Delivery time is calculated from the date of phone order confirmation:

📦 Available Shipping Options
- Home Delivery: We provide direct delivery to your specified address for your complete convenience.
- Pickup from Office (Stop Desk): You can choose to pick up from the nearest delivery company office in your wilaya (an economical and sometimes faster option).
⚠️ Important Instructions Upon Receipt
In accordance with Article 17 of Law 18-05 concerning e-commerce, the customer is obligated to:
- Check the external condition of the package before signing the delivery receipt.
- In case of visible damage to the packaging, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.
- Once the receipt is signed, it is considered an acknowledgment from you that the product was received in good external condition.
📍 Order Tracking and Support
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message containing the tracking number. You can always contact our logistics department to inquire about your shipment's location via the official numbers.
