• Home Delivery: We provide direct delivery to your specified address for your complete convenience.
• Pickup from Office (Stop Desk): You can choose to pick up from the nearest delivery company office in your wilaya (an economical and sometimes faster option).

⚠️ Important Instructions Upon Receipt

In accordance with Article 17 of Law 18-05 concerning e-commerce, the customer is obligated to:

• Check the external condition of the package before signing the delivery receipt.
• In case of visible damage to the packaging, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.
• Once the receipt is signed, it is considered an acknowledgment from you that the product was received in good external condition.
