Our practices fully comply with Law No. 18-05 of May 10, 2018, related to e-commerce, and Law No. 09-03 of February 25, 2009, related to consumer protection, as amended by Law No. 18-09.

These laws guarantee transparency, fairness, and security in all electronic transactions conducted in Algeria. They ensure your right to clear information before contracting, to receive products that match their description, to benefit from a legal guarantee against defects, and to obtain a refund or replacement in accordance with Articles 22 and 23 of Law 18-05.

🛡️ Coverage Under Buyer Protection Policy

This policy protects your interests as a buyer in full compliance with Algerian consumer protection and e-commerce law. It applies in the following cases:

  • Receiving a product that is not authentic or substantially differs from what was advertised.
  • Receiving the wrong item or a different model than the one ordered.
  • The product does not match the description or images displayed on our website.
  • The product lacks an essential feature or is defective upon arrival.
  • Failure to deliver your order within the agreed-upon timeframe (Article 22 of Law 18-05).

If any of these situations occur, you have the right to return the product within four (4) business days from the date of delivery, and receive either a replacement or a full refund within fifteen (15) days, as stipulated in Articles 22 and 23 of Law 18-05.

To initiate a claim:

  • Provide your order number, invoice, and relevant photos/videos.
  • Our team will review and verify your claim within two (2) business days.
  • If approved, you will receive a return label or free pickup instructions.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed within fifteen (15) days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

In accordance with Article 23 of Law 18-05, ARMON STORE bears all return shipping costs in full when the product is defective, non-conforming, or delayed. Refunds are issued using the same payment method unless mutually agreed otherwise. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once the refund or replacement process is complete.

🚚 Shipping and Delivery Commitments

  • Deliveries are made within the timeframe indicated on the product page or during order completion. Times include order preparation and transit duration.
  • Upon delivery, you must sign a receipt confirming that you have received the correct item in good condition, in accordance with Article 17 of Law 18-05.
  • In case of delivery delay beyond the agreed deadline, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within fifteen (15) days, under Article 22 of Law 18-05.
  • Orders classified as "Pre-Order" are processed only after stock availability is confirmed; no payment is collected before the product is available.

Delivery services are exclusively carried out by certified logistics partners who comply with national standards and ensure shipment tracking until final delivery.

⚠️ Important Note: According to Algerian consumer protection law, customers must check the condition and conformity of the package before signing the delivery receipt. By signing, you confirm that the item was received in good external condition. Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported immediately to the delivery agent and the ARMON STORE support team.

⚙️ Product Warranty and After-Sales Service

All products sold by ARMON STORE benefit from the legal warranty stipulated in Executive Decree No. 90-266 of September 1, 1990, and its implementing regulations. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hidden defects that affect the normal use of the product during the specified warranty period.

In line with Algerian consumer protection law, the legal warranty grants buyers the right to repair, replacement, or refund if a defect appears during the warranty period and is not due to misuse or external damage. All eligible warranty work, including parts and labor, is provided free of charge within reasonable time limits.

Additionally, ARMON STORE may offer commercial or extended warranties that complement your legal rights, providing additional coverage or enhanced service without limiting legal protection. The warranty period, procedures, and exclusions are shown on each product page and in your invoice or warranty certificate.

🔒 Consumer Rights and Personal Data

ARMON STORE accurately collects only the personal data necessary for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service, in compliance with Articles 26 to 33 of Law 18-05 and national data protection rules.

Your consent is obtained before data collection. You have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@armonstore.dz.

Data is securely stored and used exclusively for legitimate purposes such as order confirmation, invoicing, delivery tracking, and after-sales assistance. ARMON STORE never sells or shares your data with unauthorized third parties.

We may use your contact details to send updates or limited product offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to our message or emailing us. We will remove your contact information within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your request.
